Yvette Mandell Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your jewelry or accessory or clothing purchase, Yvette Mandell, Inc. will accept merchandise for exchange or merchandise credit within 10 days. No returns will be accepted after this 10 day period. Returns and exchanges are offered only for items that have not been worn, altered or washed and with ALL tags attached. Shipping charges on returned merchandise is non-refundable. All custom orders of any kind are non-refundable and final sale. Sale items are final sale.
All merchandise must be approved for returns or exchanges by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org for a customer return/exchange number (RA number). Customer RA number must be written on top of the return box for exchange/return acceptance. Merchandise without exchange/return numbers will be refused. We cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages. In order to expedite the process please use an insured carrier such USPS Priority mail, Fed Ex or UPS.

If any of your items purchased are received with any damages or we have shipped you the incorrect item, please inform us right away and we will exchange it for the same or correct item. We would also appreciate a photo of the item if it is incorrect or damaged.
Once your order has been confirmed and authorized, it will be processed and shipped out to you within 24-48 hours. Orders received by 11:00 AM PST will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours from that business day. Orders received after 11:00 AM PST will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. Yvette Mandell is not responsible for incorrect addresses. Please not that we also do not re-route any packages. Please allow 3-7 business days for USPS ground delivery. USPS International may take longer than domestic shipping (up to 4 weeks). Yvette Mandell cannot always guarantee availability of products and if you have ordered an item that is not available or is backordered, we will do our best to notify you. International Shipping Charges vary per country and weight and value of package. You will receive your shipping cost and your final total by email prior to shipping. Yvette Mandell is not responsible for Duty and Freight Charges for International Orders.
