Processing

Orders confirmed by 11:00 AM PST are processed within 24–48 hours the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST ship within 2 business days. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping

Domestic orders ship via USPS ground delivery — please allow 3–7 business days for delivery once your order has shipped. Complimentary standard shipping applies to orders over $150.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout: Yvette Mandell is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses, and we are unable to re-route packages once they have shipped.

International Shipping

• International shipping charges vary by country and by the weight and value of the package. You will receive your shipping cost and final order total by email before your order ships.
• Yvette Mandell is not responsible for duty or freight charges on international orders — any customs fees, taxes or duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Please allow up to 4 weeks for USPS International delivery.

Availability

Pieces are finished in small batches and we cannot guarantee the availability of every item. If something in your order is unavailable or on backorder, we will notify you right away.
