Processing

Orders confirmed by 11:00 AM PST are processed within 24–48 hours the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST ship within 2 business days. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping

Domestic orders ship via USPS ground delivery — please allow 3–7 business days for delivery once your order has shipped. Shipping is a flat rate, calculated at checkout, with an expedited option available.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout: Yvette Mandell is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses, and we are unable to re-route packages once they have shipped.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to open international shipping before long — join the mailing list at the bottom of any page and we’ll let you know when we do.

Availability

Pieces are finished in small batches and we cannot guarantee the availability of every item. If something in your order is unavailable or on backorder, we will notify you right away.
