1. Acceptance of These Terms

Welcome to Yvette Mandell. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of yvettemandell.com and any related content, features and services we offer (together, the “Site”). By visiting the Site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old, or who use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

We work hard to display our pieces accurately, but colors, textures and details may appear differently depending on your screen. All prices, product descriptions and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct pricing or descriptive errors, and refuse or cancel any order — including orders affected by such errors — with a full refund of any amount charged.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we confirm shipment. Payment is processed securely at checkout by our payment providers; by submitting payment information you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Shipping, returns and exchanges are governed by our Shipping + Handling and Returns + Exchanges policies, which form part of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including designs, product images, photography, video, text, graphics, logos, the Yvette Mandell name and wordmark, and the look and feel of the Site — is the property of Yvette Mandell or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. You may browse the Site for personal, non-commercial use; any other reproduction, distribution, modification or public display of Site content without our prior written permission is prohibited.

  • use the Site for any unlawful purpose;

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site, with its “last updated” date, is the version that applies. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
